These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "you") and cd999 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing all access to and use of the cd999 website accessible at https://cd999.cam and all related services, features, content and functionality made available therein (collectively, the "Services").

To register and maintain an Account on cd999 you must, at all times, satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or by the conditions of the Operator's applicable licence. 4. Not a Problem Gambler under active self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you through this platform or through any other recognised self-exclusion scheme, at the time of registration or continued use of the Services.
5. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on cd999 at any time. The creation of duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across such Accounts.
6. Personal use only: Accounts must be opened and used solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not open or operate an Account on behalf of any third party.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must promptly update your registration details if any information changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which shall form part of and be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, are specified in each promotion. By way of illustration only: a PKR 1,000 bonus at 30× requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Maximum bet restriction: During any period in which bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum single bet or spin limit applies (illustratively, PKR 500). Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are specified in the promotion terms. Slots may typically contribute 100% whilst live table games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds not wagered within the specified validity period (e.g., 7 days from credit date) will be forfeited automatically without prior notice.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Player unless otherwise specified.
• Abuse: The Operator reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close an Account, if it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any other conduct intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on cd999. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general rules and are published within the relevant sections of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player. The Operator is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, device failure or system errors.
• Obvious errors: The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price or under clearly incorrect market conditions. Such voids will be processed promptly with stakes returned to the Player's Account.
• Live betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to a delay between placement and acceptance. The Operator reserves the right to void in-play bets where the result of the event was known at the time the bet was placed.
• Match cancellations: If a sporting event (including PSL fixtures, ICC matches or international football) is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.

All content available on cd999, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, code and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The cd999 name, logo and all associated brand elements are proprietary to the Operator.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in any intellectual property belonging to the Operator or its licensors. You may access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or other exploitation of the platform's content without the prior written consent of the Operator is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

The Operator does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Operator is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information contained on this platform that later proves inaccurate.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts or dispute resolution body specified under the Operator's licensing framework.

For the avoidance of doubt: cd999 does not claim to be subject to Pakistani law for licensing purposes and does not operate under a Pakistani gambling licence. Players in Pakistan access the Services pursuant to the Operator's international licensing arrangements. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their participation is lawful under applicable Pakistani law.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent review is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Services and request the closure of your Account.
